If you have lost access to the Google Authenticator linked to your account, you can retrieve it by following the steps below:
- If you have saved the Recovery Key, you can recover it on Google Authenticator by following the setup process again. Please refer to How to enable Google Authenticator?
- If you do not have the Recovery Key, please submit a request to reset your Google Authenticator.
