The on-chain transfer process is divided into 3 stages: WhaleFin HK reviews → Blockchain transfer and confirm → Receiver receives the funds. Usually the transfer requests are completed within 24 hours.
1. WhaleFin HK will complete the transfer review within 24 hours.
2. WhaleFin HK makes the transfer on the blockchain immediately after completing the review, and the withdrawal status changes to "Transferring". You can view Transaction ID in the withdrawal history and check the progress in the relevant blockchain explorer.
3. If the blockchain explorer shows confirming or unconfirmed, please wait for the blockchain to confirm. If the blockchain and WhaleFin HK have both completed the transfer and you still have not received your coins, please contact the coin recipient to locate your coins.
Note: You can check the transfer status in [Transfer] - [Transfer History]. If a transfer request is not completed after 24 hours, please contact WhaleFin HK Support with a screenshot of that transfer request and we will process it for you as soon as possible.
