    How to make a transfer?

    WhaleFin HK supports 2 withdrawal options: on-chain transfer, internal transfer.

     

    1. On-chain transfer allows users to transfer the crypto assets in their WhaleFin HK accounts externally to other exchange platforms or their private wallets via blockchain transfers.

    Note：Currently, we only support transfers to whitelisted private wallets.

     

    2. Internal transfer supports free transfers between WhaleFin HK accounts via phone number or email.
