1. Log in to your WhaleFin HK account and click [
2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit and check the protocol.
3. Copy the [Deposit address] and paste it to the platform from which you will withdraw or send to WhaleFin HK; or save the Deposit QR code and the corresponding party can scan the code to get the deposit address.
4. After WhaleFin HK receives your deposit transaction, you can view the order details and its status in [Deposit History].
5. If your deposit source address has not been added to the whitelist, the deposit status may change to "Verification Pending". In this case, you need to click [Verify] to provide additional information about your deposit source address.

6. After the deposit is completed, WhaleFin HK will send you a Deposit Notification via email/SMS and you will be able to check the coins received in [Wallet].
Note:
- When depositing, you need to select the same protocol on the platform from which you withdraw as on WhaleFin HK.
- When depositing, please make sure that the amount is equal to or greater than the minimum deposit amount for the cryptocurrency. Deposits below the minimum amount will not be credited and cannot be refunded.
- If the order status is "Rejected", please contact WhaleFin HK Support for refund.
