As part of our commitment to comply with the local regulatory requirement and Financial Action Task Force Value Transfer Requirement (Travel Rule), WhaleFin HK is required to collect additional information for your deposit transaction.
When the deposit status is "Verification Pending" or you receive a Deposit Pending Notification via email/SMS, please verify your deposit source address in [Deposit History] on WhaleFin HK:
1. Log in to your WhaleFin HK account and click [] - [Deposit] - [Deposit History].
2. Select [On-chain], find the deposit order with the status "Verification Pending", click [Verify].
3. Customize the wallet label and click [Next].
4. You will need to complete the Satoshi Test after submission, and click [Next].
5. Enter the verification code and click [Confirm] to submit the verification.
6. After successful submission of a private wallet, click [Go to Complete Satoshi Test] and proceed with the instructions to make a deposit.
Note:
- Once our system receives an order matching the designated deposited amount, it will be automatically credited, and the private wallet address will also be added to the whitelist. The process is expected to take approximately 1 business day.
- WhaleFin HK only accepts deposits from first party private wallets. Deposits from exchanges will not be credited.
